  very impressed modern spacious rooms, comfy beds, great shower, immaculate, quiet, right on the riverside walking distance from shops restaurants and bars. would only ever stay there if i return to inverness, staff were so helpful food very nice lots of choice., v nice breakfast.

  In a great location on the S. bank of the river Ness and 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

  The room was beautiful, the hotel was a few minutes walk from the bus/train stations and it was a great "base camp" for our adventures on the Loch Ness :)

  Superb breakfast and really nice lounge area and bar facilities. Excellent location and good to have off street parking.

  Room stretch out in rear extensions so some are probably nicer than others.

  Excellent location by the River Ness and easy walking distance to city centre for restaurants. Good onsite free parking. Very good scottish breakfast.

  Some peeling paint in room and broken toilet seat but nothing major.

  The Hotel is situated on the river bank and is a few minutes walk to the city centre and Edan Court Theatre.

  We were waiting 20 minutes to be served at the bar prior to us going for a meal in the restaurant.In the restaurant we were left waiting for 50 minutes to get 1 course not accetable

  Breakfast! It took 30 minutes from the time of order until it arrived on the plate. The sausage was stone cold and it came with tinned mushrooms?

  Stayed on a Thursday night and hotel was quiet and relaxing. Felt very much "at home" as soon as I arrived. Could have done with a lift to attic room that I was in but I am sure that if I had asked for help, it would have been forthcoming. Dinner was great - a beautiful sirloin steak, perfectly cooked.

  We've been there before and like the location. Also it's low-key and friendly. The location by the River Ness is just great - a circular walk between the two suspension bridges makes a great little walk. It's very close to the city centre. We like Inverness so we know where things are and this hotel fits the bill nicely. We are visiting family when we stay. We enjoyed our breakfast very much!

  No adverse comment . (Shower was pouring over the side of bath, but understand that was being addressed)
